Ovulation period tracking
Irregular period cycle ovulation date confusion , generally period is 2-5-7days later then expecting date. Last month 4days later from expecting date. If period is on 4th of march then her ovulation date is??

As interval between 2 periods is within 25-32 days she can ovulated anytime between day 11-day18 of her periods. There are a few signs that suggest ovulation - cervical mucus - suddenly you notice watery slippery white to transparent vaginal discharge, if you feel with your fingers it stretches like a string - that is it sign of Ovulation. Sometimes mid cycle cramping can also happen, indicating ovulation. Mid cycle sporting is also seen in some patients.
Ovulation prediction kits are best to know when ovulation will happen.
Ovulation kit test, start doing it from day 11 of periods and to repeat every day till it comes positive.
The day ovulation kit will be positive - next 4 days are most fertile days!

Hi , I understand your concern. Since your cycle seems to be 35 to 40 day cycle. Your ovulation period would probably be from Day 13 to day 23 of your menstrual cycle . You could try using ovulation kits during this time , or usg follicular growth monitoring is most accurate to detect ovulation .

No one can tell ovulation date with certainty without folliculometry.... It happens 14 days before next period
