How long, i mean how many hours will it take for a 2.0 cm mature follicle to rupture and release egg? I have 29-30 day cycle length. I am on my 13th day when this follicle was observed in scan.

Better to take injection for rupture because follicle is already matured.After taking injection you can come to know the exact day of sex .
