Fm yesterday oxygen level fluctuate. At present 90 oxygen. Pulse 94. Pl suggest what can b done at home

Oxygen and prone ventillation may need to be started after taking full history and assessment of severity, steroids may be contra indicated here, kindly do not start steroids without consultation. Blood tests are also needed.
