Oxygen level SpO2 constantly below 92
My uncle is covid positive. He has a constant SpO2 level in the range of 88 to 92. A doctor has recommended us to use 4mg of Dexamethasone steroid. Is it a good treatment? I've read that this steroid can have long lasting side effects.
