P 250 how much ml for 1year one month baby and weight is 10.2kg pls suggest.my baby is having fever from past two days

3 ml may be given every 6-8 hourly. Better to have temperature charting and give if baby is febrile.

As said by my fellow pediatricians Dose is 3ml per dose. If fever is moderate u can give 8th hrly intervals. If not controlling give it 6th hrly . If your kid is active in between fever episodes probably it's a viral fever. If dull then high chances to be a bacterial infection . Don't hesitate to take to a pediatrician
