Pad chafing extreme pain
I never know when my period is going to start, so I wear a small pad starting the date it started last month. This month, my period started 8 days late, and I've already been wearing a pad for 11 days and my vagina feels very dry and as if there are a million little cuts inside. I know this is probably pad chafing, but it is extremely painful and it hurts not only to walk around, but just sitting or standing, and even while urinating. I don't have a doctor right now, and I have no idea what to do to relieve the pain. I have a heavy flow that lasts a full week, and I don't think I can go another 4 days with this pain. I'd appreciate any help.
