I would advise you to meet the nearest general surgeon to be evaluated and undergo the necessary investigations. Care to be taken during this time are: - Do not strain during bowel movements - Reduce weight - Eat food rich in fiber and bran based cereals. - Have laxatives for strain to be reduced during bowel movements - Sitting on a donut ring cushions can reduce the pain while sitting. You may require corticosteroids, ointment, cream and laxatives as a medical treatment
