Pain 4th day after extraction
Posted earlier. Now with pic. Doesnt look like dry socket not sure what the white patches on gums are. Today is 4th day after extraction and its still painful. Not sharp a dull ache. Starts after every 6-7 hours after taking enzoflam. Medication on augmentin 625 3 times daily + enzoflam 3 times daily .4th day. Doing salt water rinses. Plz help

How are U saying it’s not a Dry Socket , Sometimes wound heal from top but inside it’s hollow , Request U to visit a Oral Surgeon & Get it evaluated

It will subside. Dont worry. Augmentin does you can reduce to twice a day instead of thrice. Enzoflam you can continue for few more days.

Just get a zinc oxide eugenol Intra socket dressing done and you will be fine
