Hi, I am a software engineer I have a sitting job and it works perfectly fine but whenever I drive car from like 1-2 hours I have a pain just above my hips. I am not sure it's related to back only but it only when I drive the car.

Hello. Your pain is related to your posture. If possible give rest to your back for few days. Go for physiotherapy. Take rhus tox 30 - 3 times daily and biocombination 19-3 tabs thrice daily.
