Pain & weakness in left leg & thigh
Did walking n some exercise on Sunday evening.. Started feeling pain n weakness in left thigh, leg n waist since Tuesday. Is it normal due to exercise or can there be any other issue?

May be myalgias.Do regular exercises, so that your body adapts. Don’t do heavy exercises if pain persists

The symptom that you are experiencing is radiating pain to the left leg due to lower back pain mostly called lumbar radiculopathy.
Next Steps
Watch out for symptoms like Tingling and numbness in the left leg as that would mean increased pressure on the nerve.
