Pain and inflammation

Question

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Due to some ignored injury the area around finger nail got inflammed and swelled and now it's spreading to whole finger and pain sensitivity is too much. Please provide some medication so that my wife can go on for next 36 hrs without situation getting worse. She is in some small town as of now. Please treat urgent.
