According to your age, this seems to be an issue associated with erupting wisdom teeth. Get an X-ray or RVG done to evaluate if the inclination of your erupting tooth is ideal and whether it has adequate space to erupt in alignment with other teeth. Sometimes due to lack of space or improper alignment the tooth fails to erupt causing repeated episodes of pain and discomfort. In that case you might have to go in for surgical removal of your wisdom tooth. However, if the alignment is proper and there is adequate space , you can just apply Dologel or Rexidin m forte , to take care of any usual gum pain or swelling around the erupting wisdom tooth.

Without a look at the clinical condition of the affected area it seems most likely that you have inflammation around your wisdom tooth and this condition is called as pericoronitis. The most appropriate and permanent solution to this problem is the extraction of the offending tooth. An x-ray of the tooth will help us evaluate the bone and root condition so that the treatment can be planned accordingly. Consult your dentist for the same. Regards
