Pain and sensation in leg

Asked for Female, 59 Years

Hello doctors my mother is 59 years old, she is diabetic but these days her sugar level is in control (fasting 87 , after meal 160) but she feels sensation and pain in legs also sometimes she feels chilling at night even if the room temperature is normal. please suggest some medicine for the pain thanks and regards. Her haemoglobin level is 10.5 her Vit D level is 40
