Pain and swelling in the lower abdomen
Hi I am a 31 year old woman. I have been having some burning sensation while urinating 2 days back also accompanied by a frequent urge to urinate and constant thirst. However this has subsided after I took alakazol. Now there is a persistent pain and swelling in the lower abdomen accompanied by a burning sensation in the vagina occasionally. Also, there is, frequent headache some pain in the chest and bodyache. Can anyone please suggest what I am supposed to do.

You need to go to any physician near by as this is serious , before suggesting anything proper investigations are needed in order to figure out the root cause of your problems . As burning micturition could be due to infection so need to get your urine test s done ,for chest pain need to get your ECG done or it could be due to gastric trouble .For swelling in lower abdomen ,need to get physical check up first.
