Pain and swelling in wrist due to injury

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I carried something rather heavy home wednesday night ( a coffe machine ) in a bag which i had on my wrist the whole walk home, the next day my wrist was swollen as was the rest of my arm to my elbow, and the pain shooting down it was unbearable ( its still pretty painful and rather uncomfortable ) now there is a constant numbing and.strange feeling in my wrist? And pain anytime i put my arm down or outstretch it. Im unsure wether the damage is just a simple sprain or something worse.

its a plain sprain take rhus tox 30 single dose the pain will go away within few hrs and swelling as well
