Pain around area of cheeks and mouth
Since 2 years. Consulted dental and ent doctors of lucknow but no help. They say it is a neurological problem. Some label it as sinus. No relief tried every dental medicine possible. Ent doctors have given up.

Sinusitis can be a possibility, you can get a xray ( water's view) to rule out sinusitis. If X-ray comes normal then For neurological evaluation you need to visit a neurologist

For sinusitis
You have to take antibiotics for 7 days
Tab Amoxycillin+ clavulanic acid 625 mg three times a day for 1 week
Tab Naproxen 250 mg twice a day for 5 days
Steam inhalation
And if it is neurological
Start Tablet Pregabalin 75 mg + Nortryptillin 10 mg combination once a day during bed time.
