I have inflammation and slight pus formation in my wisdom tooth..I have been rinsing with warm water and salt...can u please prescribe for any antibiotics?

Your wisdom tooth needs removal along with mediction then only issue will be resolved. Also if you delay it may start troubling your neighbouring tooth.
