From past few days I'm facing pain in the joints of hands and legs, also in hand fingers. What might be this. Is this due to any vitamin deficiency? Thank u

Hello vit b 12 deficiency Gout arthritis Rheumatoid arthritis Viral fever should be ruled out consult physician for further evaluation and treatment.
