Pain at neck & Shoulder and Joints
I Have a pain at Neck & Shoulder at right side at the same time joint pains at hands wrist and knees from last 3 months.still not recover from pain i have used so many tablets from clinics. please suggest me to relief from pains. Thanking you

Do isometric of neck, hot water formantation at neck and shoulders Ultrasonic therapy at physiotherapy clinic for 15 days V
Next Steps
Avoid jerky movements and forward bending bad posture etc
