Pain at the start of micturition
2 months back I had vaginitis with urinary symptoms. Took zocon t kit per week for one month. But after 2months,i had urine urgency, dysuria, took levofloxacin for 7days,then nitrofurantoin for 10days with urology opinion. However, dysuria persisted. Urine microscopy, culture was negative. Urologist said it is cystitis. But after all these antibiotic treatment, I still I have pain at the start of passing urine. I have no vaginal complaints now. Is it because of vaginitis again?

Do a urine routine fresh and usg abdomen and pelvis...have enough liquids...get back on my direct consultation for further medical treatment..
