Pain back of left knee.
Sharp pain at the back of left knee, when left leg is extended from folded postion. Also pain at the left foot at the back.

There is a clear evidence from your complaint that you have calf muscle dysfunction along with popliteus muscle...but you need to undergo proper assessment to find out what triggers you to get this problem...simple way to get ride of this problem is regular stretching exercises...
