I have been gyming for more then 4 months. Recently, a mild pain has started on the lower belly (right side) near testicles. I don't overdo or lift heavy weights while exercise. Even while doing cardio exercises I feel the pain. I wear gym supporter while doing exercises and size of testicals are normal. Need to know if its normal to have pain or this is an indication of some disease.

If it's normal, then it should subside in a few days.
So take rest for few days.
Or consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
