If it low velocity injury - fracture is unlikely. If you are able to walk without pain- fracture is unlikely. Apply ice mild pain killer if needed. If pain persists you might need x ray and consultation with Ortho doctor in person. Most of the injury will heal on its own - it might take upto 6 weeks.
Are you able to walk around ?
If yes unlikely that you had a major injury (fracture)
Next Steps
Rest the affected leg
Ice packs application locally
elevation of the affected leg over a pillow while you lie down
Health Tips
x ray is helpful in ruling out but considering the outbreak I suggest you can wait for a day and see how the pain comes down with meds
can consult through PRACTO for the meds
good luck
