  3. Pain below my left chest. Properly!

Pain below my left chest
I am 20 years old and I have pain below my heart or below my left chest when I woke wake up in morning actually it is a type of swelling although it not hurt on pinching that swelling and also when I expand my chest I feel that my left ribcage is little bit protruding that my right ribcage, I am also attaching some pictures to describe my issue properly
