Pain below the left abdomen (front)
I have severe pain for 10-15 mins 5-6 times a month. I even did a sonography, but there was no stone present. I continued homeopathy for collitis but these phases of pain do occur in intervals. Mostly in night and after eating food. Automatically goes after 10-15 mins. Sometimes i can mark occasion blood in the stool.

Consider getting a colonoscopy done. If normal... probably only antispasmodics are needed.
Next Steps
Consult a gastroenterologist at the earliest.
