  4. Pain between stomach and chest on left.

Pain between stomach and chest on left
Having persistent pain in muscle on left just below diaphragm at a particular spot. I press the area in order to subside it but doesn't go away. Pain is surely localised, around a specific point. Feels like a prolonged muscle twitch.
