Pain during excretion
Quite intense pain during excretion , and quite a bit inflammation in the anus , and able to feel the heart beat in the anus region and is paining with every beat. Not able to sleep at night , not able to sit or stand or even lie down , pain is not going away , it feels like burning sensation
