Penile foreskin is very flexible and stretchy. Before considering surgical intervention, you can try manual pulling of your foreskin in the shower gradually over a month. In most cases, your foreskin will be able to be pulled. If that is unsuccessful, you can consult a Urologist for other options. Good luck.
