Pain during swallowing
About 3days am suffering from milld fever,leg pain during evening and about 3days i feel sore throat in throat, i buy 2 medicine from medical store which is NICIP and CETIRIZINE,,about 3dAYS i use this medicine but no effect now 4day i feel very pain during eating food,drinking water and also pain during speaking which test should i do for diagnose this disese and which medicine shoulld i use? give me name of the medicine,,,,,,,,,,,,but Paracetamol,,,,,,,allergic medicine for me so prescribe med

It appears you might have a throat infection. You should visit your nearest ENT for proper prescribed medications. Continue taking plenty of fluids and paracetamol for the fever as per requirement in the meantime.
