its not uterus which is paining its the bladder which is causing the pain. get a urine routine report and revert back with me for further advice.. you may be having urinary tract infection

1) Digital USG Whole Abdomen and pelvis.
2) Digital X-Ray KUB
3) Urine R and M
4) CBC ESR.
Consult Privately online-Telephone-Video or Visit personally for proper management.
