Pain from Right Shoulder to Elbow
While I was at Lucknow railway station yesterday my feet got stuck and I fall down on my right shoulder and got a jerk. Not able to completely move my hand horizontally and vertically.

Hy apply ice pack ur sholder and give the rest ur shoulder for 7 dayes with in arm rest. Advice a digital x ray in app . views. For diagnosis any bone injury
