I assume your wisdom  tooth is  in the process of eruption. And also developed infection. Visit a dentist to check for the position of tooth in question. Also antibiotics & anti-inflammatory is needed to be taken.

Betadine gargle 1:5 water ratio . rinse your mouth after every meal.
