Pain i wisdom tooth
I have pain in wisdom tooth left side, even feel pain while opening full mouth, chwinging is also become difficult.

Wisdom teeth is one that fails to erupt in its normal position in the given period of time
CONSEQUENCE OF WISDOM TEETH:
*soreness of jaw
*cyst formation
*erosion of adjacent teeth which cause cavitation
*ulceration of cheeks due to irritation from sharp cusp tip of partially erupted wisdom teeth
First and foremost is to take full mouth radiograph(OPG) or X-ray(IOPA) should be taken to FIND THE POSITION OF WISDOM TEETH
MANAGEMENT:
Surgical removal of wisdom teeth followed by antibiotics and analgesics
*crowding of teeth
*pericoronitis(inflammation of gums),

Due to limited space the eruption of tooth become difficult that is the region for limited mouth opening and pain on chewing becoz of mucosa covering tooth is getting hurted while chewing

It seems you have erupting wisdom tooth and it's surrounding tissue might got infected. Please visit nearest dentist for clinical assessment of tooth ,doctor might suggest you to go for full mouth x-ray.
For pain you can have mild painkillers.
And do betadine mouthwash twice a day.

You should go for x ray called Opg
So that the doctor can rule out whether it’s erupting properly or not
In case it is stuck inside the bone called as impacted then you have to get it removed

Get an X-ray done. If it is impacted you may need to extract your wisdom tooth. Do hot water gargles with salt to get relief from pain

Since You are 24, and have pain in the wisdom tooth area, while opening your mouth and chewing, chances are high that the wisdom tooth has not erupted fully, or it is infected.
Wisdom teeth usually erupt by the time a person is 18 or 19.
So it is important to consult your dentist to see the exact situation of the wisdom tooth and to take the necessary treatment.
