Pain in abdomen 10 days before periods

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I've been having severe pain in lower abdomen 10 days before periods start every month, since many months now. It triggers everytime I have to use the bathroom and stops paining in 15-20 minutes. The pain is sometimes very severe. It happens either with loose motions or constipation.
