Hello Sceziarian delevary happen 20 days back first pregnancy my age is 26 weight is 58 since 5 days getting back pain and neck pain and abdomen pain pls advice some tabelts for the. Temporary. My all medicines are over can u suggest Me after sceziarian how many time I have to go for check up any is der any course I have to complete. In these 20 days I have went already after discharge one time like 15 days back. Mam Pls dont revert me connect online I can't Pls advice thanks

Post cesarean section backache s common.. it occurs due to improper posture while breastfeeding .. other causes can be reduced calcium and vitamin D levels.. You cn do hot fomentation and take ny pain killer that suits you.. also restart your calcium and iron tablets.. get done vit d levels if not done previously.
