Pain in abdomen

Asked for Male, 31 Years

Used to drink n smoke regularly. About 200 ml a week n 5 CIG per day. Have now stopped since the last 2 months just to improve my health. From last 2 days I am feeling slight pain like a needle pinching in middle right side of abdomen for few seconds 2 to 3 times. Got my full body checkup about 5 month ago n everything was fine just my liver was a little enlarged.

Hii.... It is due to mild gastritis..... Eat smaller, more-frequent meals. If you experience frequent indigestion, try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can.... Avoid irritating foods. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty.... .Avoid alcohol. Alcohol can irritate the mucous lining of your stomach...
