It's been a month I'm gyming. Now I experience a mild pain on my front left shoulder. The pain is there when I lift
moderate weights when I do shoulder and chest at the gym. Is it a rotator cuff problem or a minor sprain? Please advice

We cannot be sure about the diagnosis without having a thorough assessment ... Reduce on the weights and check the form of your exercises under expert supervision specially under a physiotherapist. Apply ice till then for ten mins..
