Pain in back and knee
I am facing acute pain and stiffness in my spine and both knee from past 2 years.
X ray represents occurrence of osteopenia.
Kindly suggest treatment as I am facing tremendous difficulty in day to day activities as I cant sit and stand for long.
Currently i am not taking any medication.
Just applying ointment like volini .
Have consulted many doctors in past but no relief with their treatment.
I stay alone and I have nobody to take care of.

Hope you are better now , If you are into some desk job try to keep your posture upright , Avoid bending forward, you can take any anlgesic with muscle relaxant property alnog with the volini gel
As you are young you should get few test done to rule out any inflammatory arthritis ,
