Mild hydronephrosis secondary to multiple calculi of Right largest measuring 6.5mm in upper pol Left largest measuring 7.5 mm in mid pole. Full of back pain in sitting position

Hydronephrosis usually occurs when you have a stone that obstructs your kidney drainage. It is advisable to do a CT Scan of the KUB.
