Dear, The belly button or the umbilicus usually stretches during late pregnancy. There is a possibility that your umbilicus has a small defect or hole in the abdominal wall. Due to stretching the hole might have become a bit larger and might be the cause of discomfort and pain.
Next Steps
Consult for some good nutritional drinks for the growth of your baby and for the watery discharge  with the gynaecologist.
Health Tips
Have faith. You will get well.

Watery discharge is not normal. Meet your gynaecologist now. Regarding baby growth , a good healthy diet is advised. Consult a Ayurveda doc online or in person for Ayurveda pregnancy diet plan. Pain and stress in belly button is quite normal in the later months of pregnancy. It is due to the expansion of your belly button. The skin around the belly button is thick n tightly attached to the underlying tissues so it pains on expansion. Apply soothing aloe Vera gel to relieve it
