Pain in between the chest
I am 31 year old female having pain in between the chest, near collarbone snd sometimes it goes till shoulder. Apart from this i do feel pain in my legs and hands which is like pulling at a particular area.I had got done my ecg and Echo which are totally fine, thyroid is okay, HB 12.5. Feel tired almost entire day.Please tell me what could be the reason and what should i do? P.S - I am a breastfeeding mother to a 2 year old baby.

Chest pain if not associated with sweating, and breathlessness, if increases on taking deep breath and coughing could be muscular or respiratory cause.
