Pain in biceps/elbow of upper left arm
Hi, I went to the gym for 2days only. After that the pain in my upper left arm bicep is increased. However the right hand is fine. I have used only some hand related exercise using both hands simultaneously. I am unable to move my arm down completely. I think i am suffering from bicep tendonitis. Also, i have stopped going to gym after two days. What should i do next?

Use cold pack for 10 min at the site of pain and swelling. Do take rest. U can use elbow band as well if u have to use ur elbow. If pain doesn't go down in 48 hours....please see an orthopedic doctor.

Hi there First step toward recovery is to avoid activities that cause pain. You can apply cold packs for 20 minutes at a time, several times a day, to keep swelling down and don't apply ice directly to the skin. You can take drugs like ibuprofen and naproxen to reduce pain and swelling.
Next Steps
visit a good physiotherapist
Health Tips
Specific stretching and strengthening exercises can help restore range of motion and strengthen your shoulder.
