aftr some days or months In my testicals while movement ,they bcm loose and hang more than usual
along with pain in back n
pain in bladr (,swelling and starin)
no problem in passing urine
sometimes little strin in testicals while passing urine
pain retain for few hours to max of a day
and sometimes in week and sometimes after month
all occurs simultaneously)

get a colour doppler of the scrotum to rule out any abnormalities. urine complete examination also useful
