My wife have great pain KAMAR and its lower part. A great pain Involved at whole leg below knees. Generally there is a pain in whole body, there is a problem in doing work with sitting position more than 15 minutes.

This may be due to compression of spime or nerves emerging from it & going down the legs. You must consult a doctor & get treatment after proper evaluation by radiological investigation. In the mean time take some precautions. Do not bend forward. Do not pick heavy weights. Use hard bed
