I have been having tenderness and pain in my ledt brest a bruise popped up all my bones hurt so bad and my blood is low i also have back pain but a burning pain in a spot on my spine i stay tired

Ur complaints are suggestive of a condition called “Fibromyalgia” U should consult an orthopedic surgeon for proper checkup
