Pain in breast, chest area and underarms

Asked for Female, 14 Years

I've been having pains around my breasts and underarms for at least a week now. It isn't too painful but I'm worried it's a symptom of something else. I've also been having shortness of breath sometimes, especially after eating salty or fatty foods, however this could be linked to the panic attacks I have.
