Pain in center of chest and upper back
Having stuffed nose from past 3 months. Better than before now.(come and go) But pain in the middle of the chest ( especially when I stretch it back- the pain goes up to the shoulders) and pain in the upper back. When I wake up in the morning, the pain is more in the back. Breathing exercises cause pain in the back especially the centre. Donot have cough. I feel shortness of breath occassionally. All this becomes more in the night. Thankyou doctors :)

You can take paracetamol over the counter for pain. Please consult a pulmonologist for detailed examination.
