Pain.in chest bone
Dear sir I have pain in centre of chest bone from last 1.5 years. But from last 1 month it's increase. I have done ECG , X ray, etc but all are normal. I have gas and acidity problem. This pain cause gas or may be other reason. What test should I done for this.

Hi, it could be due to an musculo skeletal problem. Some types of chest pain are associated with injuries and other problems affecting the structures that make up the chest wall. Examples include: Costochondritis. In this condition, the cartilage of your rib cage, particularly the cartilage that joins your ribs to your breastbone, becomes inflamed and painful. Sore muscles. Chronic pain syndromes, such as fibromyalgia, can produce persistent muscle-related chest pain. Injured ribs. A bruised or broken rib can cause chest pain.
