My friend frequently have severe pain in the mid of chest.it happens for 2-3 minutes and then it vanishes itself. it generally occurs during winters.plz tell what should we do??

Hi, for chest pain so many causes are there like gastritis, cardiac related, costochondritis, chest injury etc. Go for ecg, chest xray.if it is due to gastritis, drink more water, take food at regular time, avoid spicy food, you can take antacids. Consult general physician for furthur evaluation and treatment.
