  4. Pain in chest. Is the probable cause?

Pain in chest
There is a pain in chest just  beneath the right breast at the end point of rib cage. It's not very Sharp very dull pain but when press it or pinch it feel like muscular pain. I had gas problem for last week. What are the probable cause. Haven't any cough or breathing issue. Pain felt some time when move the body. What is the probable cause
